Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour or workshop with Kolkata Photo Tours.
Bookings and Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your place on any tour or workshop. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed at the time of booking. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide the best possible experience.
Photographic Rights
All participants retain full rights to photographs taken during tours and workshops. By participating, you grant us permission to use your photographs in our marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
Liability
Kolkata Photo Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.
